Our Core Values

Our Core Values exist to guide our organization on how we interact with all members of our community, including the moms and babies, staff members, volunteers, board members, and donors.

  • Hospitality. We open our hearts to welcome all into our community, creating space for them to feel at home and to be treated with love and dignity. (Hebrews 13:2)
  • Faith + Works. We rely fully on Divine Providence to guide our mission through prayer, while leaning on resources of our community to develop best practices and help those we serve to learn and grow. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
  • Empowerment. We believe that all members of our community possess natural gifts that can be brought forth to reach their full potential. (Romans 12:6)
  • Wholeness. We create a restorative environment that provides a space for a person to heal and to realize they can feel whole again. (Jeremiah 30:17)
  • Authenticity. We enter into genuine, open and trustworthy relationships that strengthen the individual’s self-worth and understanding of her authentic beauty. This gives her the space to embrace her motherhood and the bonds of sisterhood created in the home. (Proverbs 27:17)
